The Game Fair 2022!

Not only was this our first time at The Game Fair, but it was also our first experience of running a ‘proper’ trade stand since launching Cotswold Fox last year!

To say I was apprehensive would be an understatement, I had absolutely no idea what to expect, how much stock I’d need or even how I was planning to set up our stand. To top it off, we arrived on the Thursday to nothing but a patch of grass with a sign stuck in the ground saying ‘Cotswold Fox Clothing’… I had completely forgotten to order a marquee.

Crisis averted, I set up with the help of my mother, some friends and my trusty ladder and the whirlwind that is The Game Fair began! I’m writing this a few days after the show and I’m still floating somewhere WAY above cloud 9! What an unbelievable weekend, it was just fantastic to meet so many of our customers, supporters and influencers, it really was incredibly special to put faces to what previously were only names on a screen.

The response to our products was equally as rewarding, being an ecommerce business is brilliant, but actually getting to show off the clothing ‘in the flesh’ (or cotton) and to hear all your kind comments was a whole different feeling! It’s safe to say that my horsebox came home very much lighter.

We can't wait to be back next year with (hopefully!) double the range of products we have now. I can't thank you all enough for your support and the love you have for Cotswold Fox.

One of the highlights of the weekend, gifting Kaleb Cooper from Clarkson's Farm one of our Burgundy Cirencester Quarter Zips.

My favourite corner of our stand.

Busy busy! Next year we'll be sure to have a changing room!
