Refund policy
Extended Christmas returns until 10th January 2026.
Your order will contain a packing slip with details of how to return your order.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage unless the item was faulty when it arrived. We recommend returning items by a tracked postage service as we cannot refund items that become lost.
The customer will receive a full refund (apart from original shipping cost) within 12 days after the return is received.
The item must not have any signs of wear and tear and must be in the same condition as it was sold. Returns that are not in brand new condition will be sent back to the customer, products cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have clearly been worn or washed. We apologise for this, but we cannot resell items in used condition.
No returns or exchanges accepted with samples or seconds items.
