Returns & Refunds Policy

If you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions included on the packing slip enclosed with your parcel.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within our returns period in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as Cotswold Fox cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 12 days.

Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, staining, pet hair, odours, makeup, or any other condition that prevents them from being sold as new will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.

We appreciate your understanding, as we are unable to resell products that are not in brand-new condition.

Free Cap Promotion – Returns Policy

From time to time, Cotswold Fox may offer a complimentary cap with qualifying orders as part of a promotional offer.

If you choose to return your order, the following conditions apply:

  • If you return your entire qualifying order, the complimentary cap must also be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • If the complimentary cap is not returned, or is returned in a condition that cannot be resold, £16.00 (the retail value of the cap) will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you make a partial return and the value of the items you keep still meets the promotional spend threshold, you may keep the complimentary cap at no additional cost.

  • If a partial return reduces your remaining order value below the promotional qualifying threshold (£60), the complimentary cap must also be returned. If it is not, £16.00 will be deducted from your refund.

This policy applies to all complimentary gift promotions unless otherwise stated and ensures that promotional gifts remain free only when the qualifying purchase conditions continue to be met.
