To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • You can make a return within 21 days of ordering.
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

  • Please look at our refund policy in the footer.
  • The product must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • With the label still attached and in the original packaging (if possible) with your name and order number enclosed
  • If your item doesn't have the swing label attached or has clearly been worn we unfortuntely cannot offer you a full refund

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • If there is no response from the customer after an initial email regarding a complaint or refund request which we have responded to after 1 month, we will close the case and a refund, return, or exchange will no longer be available.
