Our Puffer Jacket has a flattering, slightly boxy fit with a shorter cut, designed to sit perfectly at the waist without restricting movement. The shorter length makes it particularly comfortable for riding, while the generous insulation makes it the perfect cold-weather layer.
We recommend choosing your usual size for a flattering everyday fit. If you're between sizes or prefer to wear chunky knits and cosy layers underneath, we recommend sizing up.

How do our products fit?
We always recommend sticking with your normal size as our products follow the standard UK size guide. In each product description we have a 'model wears' section, stating what size the model wears and their measurements, which can be useful for your own comparisons. Our size guide should also be able to help, but if you're in any doubt, please use our live chat where we can assist you (not a robot!)
How do I care for my product?
We recommend washing every product inside out at 30 degrees with similar colours. Please do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
What's our shipping time?
We aim to get all Standard orders delivered to you within 2-4 working days, and Express orders within 1-2 working days. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries so look out for their tracking emails.
Can I amend my shipping address or product size ordered?
Depending on how quickly you can advise us of the correct shipping address or alternative size required, we may be able to make this change before your order leaves the warehouse. Please email info@cotswoldfox.com or use our chat feature.
My item is sold out, what should I do?
We are committed to conscious production at Cotswold Fox to avoid any product waste, so some sizes may occasionally sell out. Please select the size you'd like and simply click 'notify me when available' to know as soon as there's a restock!
How do I go about returning or exchanging an item purchased online?
You will receive a returns/exchanges slip with your product, please follow the instructions. Our returns is easy and hassle-free, and we aim process refunds quickly.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges for items bought at shows?
